Local Suppliers

We never thought we would find ourselves one day promoting and actively helping local food suppliers like we do today. It has proven to be a challenging task to say the least as suppliers are so often great at making their produce but poor at marketing it. Purchasing locally ensures we are both knowledgeable about the food we serve and that seasonally we can serve the very best to you.

In this wonderful region we have some special people helping to sustain and grow great foods for people to eat . Visitors to the Highlands may never get the opportunity to experience what we take for granted each day. Below is a list and a map of food suppliers that we actively use at the Torridon restaurants.

Guests are increasingly knowledgable about food and are keen to know about the origins and locality of food we serve at The Torridon. A lot of hard work and effort has gone into sourcing local suppliers for your benefit and we would ask you to remember that by supporting these efforts you maybe helping our local community to live and work in these wonderful surroundings.
